QC warns diagnostic clinic over alleged social distancing violation

Quezon City's Task Force Disiplina on Tuesday issued a warning against a diagnostic clinic after it allegedly violated social distancing measures amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

According to a report on “State of the Nation,” over 300 Chinese nationals went to the Hi-Precision Diagnostic Clinic for swab testing.

Due to the influx of Chinese nationals, social distancing measures were not followed.

Meanwhile, the diagnostic clinic said they did not expect that many patients to arrive at the same time. It added that the Chinese nationals did not follow the schedule.

The diagnostic clinic had already been issued a ticket by the QC TFD for an earlier violation of health protocols.

A second violation would result in the suspension of the clinic’s operation or the revocation of its business permit. — Ma. Angelica Garcia/DVM, GMA News
