Over 82,000 violators recorded in NCR amid Alert Level 3 —PNP
A total of 82,191 quarantine violators have been recorded in the National Capital Region (NCR) since the implementation of Alert Level 3 as of Sunday, data from the Philippine National Police (PNP) showed Monday.
In an update, the PNP said 8,602 violators were newly reported on Sunday.
A daily average of 9,162 violators was recorded from October 16 to 24, according to the police organization.
Around 55% of the violators were warned, 38% were fined, while 8% faced other sanctions.
A total of 60,573 violators or 6,730 daily have violated the minimum public health standards in NCR amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

For curfew, a total of 21,159 violators or 2,351 daily were recorded in Metro Manila.
A total of 459 who are not considered authorized persons outside residence (APORs) were also caught outdoors.
The NCR will be under Alert Level 3 from October 16 until 31. Under this,
several establishments will be allowed to operate at 30% indoor venue capacity only for fully vaccinated individuals and 50% outdoor venue capacity, provided that all employees are fully vaccinated.
