PNP: Over 91,000 violators reported in NCR amid Alert Level 3
A total of 91,093 quarantine violators have been reported in the National Capital Region (NCR) since the implementation of Alert Level 3 as of Monday, data from the Philippine National Police (PNP) showed.
In an update, the PNP said 8,902 violators were newly reported on Monday. A daily average of 9,162 violators was reported from October 16 to 25, it added.
Around 55% of the violators were warned, 37% were fined, while 8% faced other sanctions.
A total of 67,361 violators or 6,736 daily have violated minimum public health standards amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
For curfew, a total of 23,231 violators or 2,323 daily were reported in Metro Manila.

A total of 501 who are not considered authorized persons outside residence (APORs) were also caught outdoors.
The NCR will be under Alert Level 3 from October 16 until 31.
Under Alert Level 3, several establishments will be allowed to operate at 30% indoor venue capacity only for fully vaccinated individuals and 50% outdoor venue capacity, provided that all employees are fully vaccinated.
