3 'salvage' victims dumped in Quezon City

The bodies of three victims of a suspected summary execution were dumped in front of an abandoned building in Quezon City before dawn Wednesday. The report said a scavenger found the bodies of the three around 3 a.m., in front of an abandoned building near the corner of Road 8 and Mindanao Avenue in Pag-asa village. Investigators are verifying information that a van was seen speeding away from the scene shortly before the bodies were found. An initial investigation showed two of the men wore denim pants and were stout, and about 30 to 40 years old. One wore a white shirt and the other wore a red shirt. The third wore a white shirt and black shorts, and was about 45 to 50 years old. He had fair complexion.
