LTFRB accepting complaints vs abusive PUV drivers via email

With more Filipinos expected to use public transport when classes start this coming week, the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board has started accepting complaints via email as well.

The LTFRB, in a post on its Twitter account on Friday, said concerned citizens can send their emails to complaint.ltfrb.gov.ph@gmail.com.

"May reklamo ka sa pampublikong sasakyan? Email us (at) complaint.ltfrb.gov.ph@gmail.com ... Indicate your complete name, address and contact number," it said.

Several students are expected to take public transport, including jeeps, taxis and buses, to school when the school year starts on June 3.

Meanwhile, the LTFRB said citizens can still contact its public assistance and complaints desk via land line and mobile phone.

It said they can call 0921-4487777 or 426-2515.

"Kindly call us if you have complaints and comments," it said in a separate tweet. — LBG, GMA News
