(Updated 7:39 p.m.) Classes on Dec. 5 and 6 have been suspended in parts of the Visayas and Luzon in anticipation of bad weather conditions from Typhoon Ruby (international name Hagupit). The list is arranged according to whom has declared suspensions for schools and offices.
