Did Obama do the pabebe wave in this selfie with PHL Navy captain?

It was the commander of the BRP Gregorio Del Pilar, Captain Vincent Sibala, who toured US President Barack Obama around the Philippine Navy flagship that used to belong to the US Coast Guard.

And if one could get that close to the leader of the world's only superpower, how can one best capture the moment than have a selfie.

The Navy captain even did the pabebe wave as seen in this picture posted by his daughter Nicole on Twitter.
