P40 taxi flagdown rate to be implemented Feb. 13 —LTFRB
The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board announced Saturday that the taxi flagdown rate starting Monday, February 13, will be at P40 nationwide, except for the Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR).
In an advisory, the LTFRB said that the P40 flagdown rate covers the first 500 meters, and that there will be no increase in the fare rate for succeeding meters, as well as for waiting time.
On the other hand, a P35 provisional flagdown rate for taxi services in CAR will also be implemented.
