UN Special Rapporteur on Extrajudicial, Summary or Arbitrary Executions Agnes Callamard, who was in the country for an unofficial visit, on Friday attended a policy forum on the illegal drug problem where she delivered a speech. Callamard, a critic of the Duterte administration's drug war, was invited by the Free Legal Assistance Group's (FLAG) Anti Death Penalty Task Force for the two-day forum. The forum, held at GT-Toyota Asian Center Auditorium in Quezon City, was organized in collaboration with UP Diliman Office of the Chancellor and the College of Law's Institute of Human Rights. —KBK, GMA News
