Executive summary of PDP-Laban's proposed amendments to 1987 Constitution

The PDP Laban Federalism Institute has submitted the draft of its proposed amendments to the 1987 Constitution to pave the way for the government's shift to a federal system.

Jonathan Malaya, the institute's executive director, said the draft was submitted to the House of Representatives committee on constitutional amendments, chaired by Southern Leyte Representative Roger Mercado.
