NLEX Harbor Link Segment 10 set to open in few weeks —DPWH chief

The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) is set to open the North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) Harbor Link Segment 10 which aims to ease traffic in Metro Manila.

According to Villar, the expressway would link Pier in Manila to provinces in Northern Luzon.

He earlier said travel time from C3 in Caloocan and NLEX would be reduced to 10 minutes once NLEX Harbor Link Segment 10 will be operational.

Villar said the minimum fee would be P6.

The NLEX Harbor Link Segment 10 is composed of the 5.65-kilometer elevated expressway traversing the NLEX from MacArthur Highway Karuhatan, Valenzuela City, passing through Malabon City and C3 Road, Caloocan City, and the 2.6-kilometer section between C3 Road, Caloocan City and R10, Navotas City. —Anna Felicia Bajo/KBK, GMA News
