DEBATE 2019

Ex-TESDA deputy director general Padilla says stricter measures are potent in stopping ‘ghost schools’

Stricter measures imposed by the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) stopped “ghost schools” and “ghost students” from dipping into TESDA’s scholarship program, according to the school’s former deputy director general who is running in the senator race.

Diosdado Padilla noted several cases have been filed since TESDA’s scholarship program was scrutinized by authorities.
