Maritime travelers across PHL reach over 90,000 on Sunday afternoon — PCG

The number of travelers by sea reached over 90,000 on the afternoon of Palm Sunday, according to the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG).

In an update, PCG said it has monitored 91,604 outbound passengers in all the ports across the country from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Earlier, it was reported that from 6 a.m. to 12 p.m., a total of 82,962 outbound passengers were monitored.

The Department of Transportation implements Oplan Biyaheng Ayos: Semana Santa 2019 nationwide to ensure the safe trips of passengers during the Holy Week.
