Trillanes: Advincula’s allegations could be new ploy vs. opposition

Senator Antonio Trillanes IV said Thursday the new allegations of Peter Joemel Advincula or “Ang Totoong Narcolist” video narrator Bikoy, could be another way to harass the opposition.

“I deny the allegations made by this Bikoy character. This could be another ploy of the administration to harass the opposition,” Trillanes said in a press statement.

The senator said that for now, he will be consulting with his lawyers so that they could also file the appropriate charges against Advincula.

Earlier in the day, Advincula surrendered to the PNP and accused the former ruling Liberal Party and Trillanes, among others, of conniving supposedly to oust President Rodrigo Duterte.

At a press conference, Advincula claimed that the "Ang Totoong Narcolist" videos were all lies designed by Trillanes, with the help of the Liberal Party, to discredit incoming senator Christopher “Bong” Go. — RSJ, GMA News
