Seven senators record perfect attendance in 3rd session of 17th Congress


Seven senators recorded a perfect attendance in the third regular session of the 17th Congress, having attended all 61 plenary sessions during the period.

From July 23, 2018 to June 4, 2019, those who attended all sessions were Senators Franklin Drilon, Gregorio Honasan, Panfilo "Ping" Lacson, Aquilino "Koko" Pimentel III, Vicente "Tito" Sotto III, Joel Villanueva, and Juan Miguel "Migz" Zubiri.

According to data from the Senate Journal Service, Senator Nancy Binay attended 60 session days, as she skipped one session day when she was on an official mission abroad.

Senators Joseph Victor "JV" Ejercito, Sherwin Gatchalian, and Cynthia Villar attended 58 session days, while Senators Risa Hontiveros-Baraquel and Antonio Trillanes IV completed 57 session days.

The attendance of other members of the upper chamber is as follows: Senators Juan Edgardo "Sonny" Angara (56 session days); Grace Poe (56); Loren Legarda (56); Ralph Rector (55); Chiz Escudero (55).

They were followed by Senators Paolo Benigno "Bam" Aquino IV (50); Richard Gordon (54); Emmanuel "Manny" Pacquiao (49); and Francis "Kiko" Pangilinan (47).
