Davao grad tops November 2019 Nursing Licensure Exams

A graduate from the Davao Doctors College Inc. is the topnotcher in the Nursing Licensure Examinations administered in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga last November 2019.

Shaina Kei Cruiz Watanabe garnered a percentage average of 89.60 and bested more than 7,000 who successfully hurdled the exam.

In second place is Ansherina Santiago Awatin from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila, while third place is shared by Jimryan Ignatius Bacani Cabuslay from the University of the Philippines-Manila, Jarvin Vincent Chua Lumauig from the University of Santo Tomas, Janean Prado Mati-ong of Our Lady fa Fatima University-Antipolo City, and Kate Alyssa Aquino Principe from Gordon college (formerly Olongapo City College).

There were a total of 13,816 Nursing graduates who took the examinations and 7, 627 passed.

There are 41 passers who made it to the top ten list.

The first placers in the top ten performing schools, in which all exams takers passed, are: University of Santo Tomas, Saint Louis University and De La Salle Medicine and Health Sciences Institute.
