Philippine General Hospital asks for donations in fight against COVID-19

The Philippine General Hospital took to social media to ask for help in fighting against COVID-19.

In a Facebook post, the hospital asked for donations for the following:

• bottles of 70% ethyl alcohol
• personal protective equipment for frontliners, including surgical masks, N95 masks, face shields, and surgical gowns

Speaking to GMA News Online, a PGH representative from the Property and Supply Division said it is best to donate in kind (instead of cash) so the hospital can use the supply immediately. "Nahihirapan din kasi kami with suppliers, kung cash pa," she explained.

You can bring your donations to the Property and Supply Office from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. everyday or you can call the aforementioned office to arrange for pickup.
