Number of COVID-infected personnel in PNP rises to 13

The number of confirmed cases of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) in the Philippine National Police (PNP) rose to 13 on Thursday.

According to the PNP Public Information Office, the data, which came from the PNP Health Service, was updated on Thursday, April 2.

The number of persons under investigation already increased to 182 while those listed as persons under monitoring were 1,545.

The Kiangan Billeting Center inside Camp Crame has been open to all PNP personnel who need to undergo self-quarantine.

All other police camps and police regional offices are also encouraged to have their own quarantine areas for their personnel. -- BAP, GMA News
