Duterte to meet with IATF in Davao City on Thursday

President Rodrigo Duterte will be holding another meeting with the government officials focused on COVID-19 response in Davao City, Malacañang said Tuesday.

“I can confirm that the next meeting with the President on Thursday will be in Davao,” presidential spokesperson Harry Roque said in a televised briefing.

Duterte also held a meeting last week with the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Infectious Diseases in Davao, where he announced his decision to further ease restrictions in the country.

Roque said the IATF will discuss on Wednesday the possible recommendations that will be presented to Duterte regarding the fate of the community quarantine after June 15.—AOL, GMA News
