Work at the Supreme Court (SC) is suspended from July 20 to 22 to give way to the disinfection of its buildings and offices.

The court's premises will be disinfected, cleaned, and sanitized starting July 18, Saturday, until July 22, Wednesday, to minimize the possible spread of COVID-19, Chief Justice Diosdado Peralta said in a memorandum circular.

From July 20 to 22, only on-duty personnel of the Office of the Bar Confidant, the cash collection and disbursement division, medical services, and the security and maintenance divisions are authorized to report for work.

The repeat rapid antibody testing of all justices, officials, employees and service providers will resume on July 23, Peralta said.
