PMA entrance exam rescheduled due to pandemic

The entrance examination of the Philippine Military Academy (PMA) has been rescheduled to a later date due to the coronavirus pandemic.

The PMA announced in a Facebook post that the entrance exam will take place on different dates between August 26 and October 3.

Testing centers were also advised not to exceed 50 percent occupancy of their venues to enforce social distancing.

The PMA also advised applicants that exam permits may now be downloaded from an online system.

A medical certificate, a health declaration form, a face mask, and alcohol or hand sanitizer were also added to the list of requirements.

“Walk-in applicants may only be entertained on the last day of examination period in a testing center, depending on the availability of testing materials and the available seats in the venue based on the 50% capacity rule,” the PMA added. — Julia Mari Ornedo/BM, GMA News
