Makati to build columbarium for city's COVID-19 fatalities

The Makati City government would begin construction of a columbarium, in which local COVID-19 fatalities will be interred, this October.

According to a Saturday 24 News Alert, cremation and inurnment services for deceased Makati residents would be free of charge, thus easing the financial burden on the victims' loved ones.

The columbarium would be located near the Makati Catholic Cemetery. — DVM, GMA News
