PNP’s COVID-19 tally rises to 5,751 with 46 new cases

The number of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) cases within the Philippine National Police (PNP) rose to 5,751 on Sunday after 46 more personnel contracted the virus. 

Total recoveries also rose to 4,556 after 56 additional personnel recovered from the respiratory illness while the death toll remained at 17.

The other 1,178 are active cases undergoing treatment or quarantine.
