PNP personnel with COVID-19 now at 9,241

The Philippine National Police’s (PNP) tally of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) cases climbed to 9,241 on Saturday after the agency reported 22 new infections.

According to the PNP, 36 more patients also recovered from the illness, bringing the total to 8,897, while the death toll remained at 28.

There are also 316 active cases within the agency.

The Philippines reported a total of 485,797 confirmed COVID-19 cases with 449,615 recoveries and 9,398 fatalities. — DVM, GMA News
