70 more PNP personnel catch COVID-19; total rises to 9,595

The number of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) cases within the Philippine National Police (PNP) rose to 9,595 on Sunday after 70 more personnel contracted the virus.

Total recoveries rose to 9,087 after 25 additional personnel recovered from the respiratory illness.

Meanwhile, the death toll remained at 28.

The other 480 are active cases undergoing treatment or quarantine.
