52 more PNP personnel test positive for COVID-19

Fifty-two more personnel of the Philippine National Police tested positive for the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), bringing the total to 9,809, the PNP said on Saturday .

The PNP also reported that total recoveries climbed to 9,269 after 25 more recovered from the illness while the death toll remained at 28.

At present, there are 512 active cases within the agency.

The Philippines reported a total of 511,679 confirmed COVID-19 cases with 467,886 recoveries and 10,190 fatalities. — DVM, GMA News
