45 more PNP personnel test positive for COVID-19

Forty-five more personnel of the Philippine National Police (PNP) have tested positive for the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), bringing the total to 10,087, the agency announced Friday.

The PNP also reported that total recoveries within the agency climbed to 9,467 with 28 new ones while the death toll remained at 28.

At present, there are 592 active cases in the PNP.

The Philippines reported 521,413 COVID-19 cases with 475,765 recoveries and 10,600 fatalities on January 29.—Joahna Lei Casilao/LDF, GMA News
