An inter-agency investigative body is looking for witnesses who can help solve last year's killing of activists Randall Echanis and Zara Alvarez.

“We continue to look for witnesses who will help us uncover kung ano po yung nangyari diyan at kung maaari po sana ay mapanagot natin kung sino yung involve dito sa pagpatay dito sa mga personalidad po na ito,” Justice Undersecretary Adrian Sugay said during a Tuesday Palace news conference.
