NAPOLCOM under 3-day lockdown after some employees contracted COVID-19

The central office of the National Police Commission (Napolcom) in Quezon City has been placed under a three-day lockdown after some of its employees tested positive for COVID-19.

In an advisory, Napolcom vice chairman and executive officer Vitaliano Aguirre II said the lockdown will start from Wednesday until Friday.

The office will undergo disinfection and conduct contact tracing activity during the period.

Due to this, concerned Napolcom personnel will be on work-from-home status.

For clients whose transaction is to file documents, Napolcom said a receiving personnel from its Personnel And Administrative Service will be stationed at the Ground Floor lobby to receive the documents.

“No other transaction shall be entertained during the said period,” the advisory said.

The office work in Napolcom Center will resume on Monday, March 22.—Joviland Rita/AOL, GMA News
