Road rage suspect who used No. 8 plates faces raps for threats, usurpation

Angeles City police have filed criminal raps against the suspect in the road rage incident involving an SUV bearing license plates reserved for members of the House of Representatives.

Jojo Valerio is facing charges for serious physical injury, grave threats, usurpation of authority and violation of Republic Act 4136 or the country's traffic code.

He was arrested on Tuesday night at a bar in Tarlac City by operatives from Police Regional Office 3 and the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group. —NB, GMA News
