3 Abu Sayyaf terrorists, soldier killed in Sulu clash

Three rebels and a soldier were killed during the encounter between the Philippine Marines and the Abu Sayyaf in Sulu on Thursday, according to Jonathan Andal's report on Dobol B sa News TV.

Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) Western Mindanao Command spokesperson Colonel Gerry Besana said the encounter took place at 2:25 a.m. in Minis Island in Patikul town.

Two soldiers were also hurt while the number of wounded rebels was undetermined.
