Tension rises at Cotabato polling precinct
Tension arose between two camps in a precinct in Cotabato City, Super Radyo dzBB's Benjie Liwanag reported on Monday.
According to Liwanag, two men were hit by some individuals at Cotabato City Institute, adding that the commotion started when someone shouted.

Liwanag said some individuals were able to enter the polling precinct even if they were non-residents of the area.
Some alleged flying voters were also reported to be in the precinct.
Policemen are already in the area to defuse the tension.
Meanwhile, also at Cotabato City Institute, a woman complained that her vote of "no" was allegedly changed by the poll clerk to a vote of "yes," according to a report by Ian Cruz on GMA News TV's Balitanghali.
