Several people hurt in seven-vehicle smash-up along NLEX

Several people were hurt Sunday afternoon in a seven-vehicle pile-up along the North Luzon Expressway (NLEX), according to a report by Super Radyo dzBB's Luisito Santos.

The crash occurred along the southbound lanes headed to Metro Manila on the Mexico-Pampanga section of the expressway.

NLEX traffic manager Robin Ignacio said that, based on an initial investigation, a motorist had suddenly braked causing the chain of crashes involving several cars and a bus.
