Suspected pushers arrested in buy-bust sale of P3.4M worth of shabu —PDEA

Two suspected pushers of methamphetamine hydrochloride – locally known as shabu – were arrested in a buy-bust operation in Bacoor, Cavite over the weekend.

Data released by the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) and the Philippine National Police (PNP) indicated that the suspected pushers were identified as  businesswoman Elma Razo, 43, and Ruel Dela Cruz, 42. 

They were arrested during a buy-bust operation in the Delate Homes 1 Subdivision in Aniban 1 in Bacoor City on Saturday, July 4, 2020.

"Both were arrested after they sold the illegal drugs weighing more or less 500 grams with an estimated value of P3,400,000.00 to a poseur-buyer," the police report said.

Both suspects will be charged for the violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002. —LBG, GMA News
