1-year-old new COVID-19 case in Dauis, Bohol
By LEO UDTOHANTaGBILARAN CITY - Two new cases of the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) were recorded in Bohol province, including a one-year-old from Dauis town, on Tuesday.
Bohol Gov. Arthur Yap, on his Facebook post on Monday night, said the new patients include a locally stranded individual in Anda town and a resident in Dauis town.
Dauis Mayor Marietta Tocmo-Sumaylo said the new patient in her hometown was a one-year-old child from Barangay San Isidro.
Sumaylo said the house of the one-year-old was placed on lockdown for contact tracing.

She also asked her constituents to follow minimum health protocols such as wearing of face mask and face shield.
A source said the child was brought to a hospital after experiencing fever.
The father of the toddler reportedly had an interaction with a driver who was a COVID-19 patient from Tubigon.
Bohol now has 367 total number of confirmed cases, 84 of whom are active. There were 275 recoveries and 8 deaths. -- BAP, GMA News
