PCG Northeastern Luzon rescue stranded residents in Cagayan, Isabela

At least 276 individuals who have been stranded in their homes in the provinces of Cagayan and Isabela have been rescued by the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) early Saturday morning.

Towns in these two provinces were inundated amid the onslaught of Typhoon Ulysses.

Department of Transportation Assistant Secretary for Communications Godses Hope Libiran also posted that vehicles were deployed to conduct rescue operations.
