Flood traps scores of people on roofs for 3 days straight in Cagayan
Without food and water, nearly a hundred people have been trapped on rooftops for three days since Typhoon Ulysses ripped through Luzon on Wednesday.
In a phone interview on Dobol B sa News TV on Saturday, resident Ramilo Lagundi of Zone 6, Linao East, Tuguegarao City said they have been trapped on roofs for three days without food and water, and uncertain whether rescue would come.
He suspected that half of Cagayan Valley is submerged in floodwaters spawned by Typhoon Ulysses.
