Bicol region reports more than P2B damage due to Ulysses

Typhoon Ulysses caused damage in the Bicol region amounting to P2,473,607,312.26, the Office of Civil Defense V said Monday.

In its latest report, the OCD V said the damage include the following sectors:

Assistance worth P15,141,272.20 has been extended to the affected families of the typhoon. The OCD V said as of 15 November, the total number of displaced people were 50,892 families or 188,637 individuals.

Ulysses left six people dead in Bicol. The fatalities were from Camarines Sur and Camarines Norte.

Ulysses left the Philippine area of responsibility on Friday morning after pounding several provinces in Luzon.—AOL, GMA News
