15 new COVID-19 cases recorded in Batangas City

Fifteen new COVID-19 cases were reported in Batangas City, among them a one-year-old girl, according to a report on 24 Oras News Alert on Saturday.

The new cases are already in isolation. Contact tracing is ongoing.

Meanwhile, in Rosario, Batangas, five new COVID-19 cases were reported, among them, an eight-year-old child.

According to the Provincial Health Office, as of Friday, Dec. 4, the total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in Batangas province has reached 10,805.

Most of the cases are in Batangas City.

The number of active COVID-19 cases is 491. Total recoveries numbered 10,001 while the death toll is at 313. —KG, GMA News
