3 who attended Pangasinan wedding test positive for COVID-19
Three persons who attended a wedding in Binmaley, Pangasinan have tested positive for the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).
According to Joan Ponsoy’s report on “24 Oras” on Friday, health and safety protocols were not implemented properly during the celebration.
“Mga 200 yata ‘yong kanilang invited guests pero ‘yong kanilang venue, medyo maliit," Binmaley municipal administrator Diomedes Bonalos said.
"Hindi nasunod talaga ‘yong ating health protocols pati ‘yong organizer, pinag-i-explain namin kasi sila ang nag-organize, hindi nila sinunod ang health protocols,” he added.

The local government has lready conducted contact tracing.
Bonalos said there was a possibility that the local government might suspend the operations of the wedding venue if it was found to have violated safety protocols.
“Maaaring pagsabihan, bigyan ng warning pero kung babalik kami at ganoon pa rin siya, mapipilitan kami na ipasara sila,” Bonalos said.
