Nuezca’s daughter to undergo counseling — Paniqui police chief

The daughter of Police Senior Master Sergeant Jonel Nuezca will undergo counseling following the fatal shooting incident that she witnessed in Paniqui, Tarlac on Sunday.

Paniqui Municipal Police Station chief Police Lieutenant Colonel Noriel Rombaoa told ANC television that police have already coordinated with the Department of Social Welfare and Development regarding the matter.

"Mayroon na po kaming coordination sa DSWD for counseling kasi kailangan po nating i-counsel 'yung bata," Rombaoa said.

"Automatic naman po sa DSWD na they will conduct counseling doon sa bata," he added.

Rombaoa said the children from the victims' camp would also undergo counseling.

Nuezca's daughter was seen taking a video of her father's heated argument with victims Sonya Rufino Gregorio and her son, Frank Anthony.

A video, which caught the incident, showed that the cop's daughter shouted at Sonya by saying, “Just let go. My father is a policeman!”

The confrontation ended tragically as the unarmed mother and son died after Nuezca shot them in broad daylight.
