Whistle bomb explodes near 12-year-old Isabela boy’s face

A whistle bomb exploded near the face of a 12-year-old boy in Ilagan, Isabela, according to a report on “24 Oras Weekend.”

The 12-year-old tried to light the whistle bomb but it did not explode.

The boy then picked up the firecracker and tried to blow out the fuse. It was then that the whistle bomb exploded.

The victim was rushed to the hospital.
