2 teens rescued from cybersex den in Pampanga, 4 arrested —PNP

Police rescued two teenagers from a syndicate that was allegedly involved in cybersex in Angeles City, Pampanga.

The Philippine National Police said four individuals allegedly involved in the syndicate were arrested during the operation in Barangay Malabanias.

They were named as Easton Scot Sanderson, 34, an American citizen; Reneilyn Robles, 22; Jann Arielle Mondejar, 23; and Shirley Martinez, 22.

"The PNP is going after traffickers who prey on women for sexual exploitation. We urge the public to report to us similar illegal activities for immediate police intervention,” PNP chief Police General Debold Sinas said in a press release.

Police said the victims, aged 18 and 19, were supposedly recruited by Mondejar to do some modelling but they were allegedly abused by Sanderson. The incident was allegedly filmed by Robles and Martinez for it to be uploaded in pornographic sites.

The PNP said the suspects would be charged for violation of Republic Act 10364 (Anti-Human Trafficking Act) in relation to Section 6 of Republic Act 10175 (Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012).

Anti-cybercrime investigators are now coordinating with agents in Manila to determine the sites where the suspects uploaded sex videos so that they could use them as evidence.—AOL, GMA News
