Teen marks birthday on Tagaytay roadside due to age restrictions

A teen celebrated her birthday with her friends at a roadside in Tagaytay on Friday after they were barred from a city tourist spot due to age restrictions.

According to Raffy Tima’s report on “24 Oras,” Princess Huelva said she and her friends celebrated her birthday at the roadside near the Palace in the Sky because the places they planned to go to were closed.

Meanwhile, individuals aged 14 and below were prohibited from entering the Palace in the Sky.

Though they were unable to enter, Huelva said meeting her friends, seeing the spectacular view, and feeling the cool temperature made up for whatever disappointments they felt.

“Kung mag-gala kaming tatlo kasi magkakaibigan. Ngayon lang ulit kami nakapag-bonding tatlo. Dati hindi kami ano kasi lockdown. Bawal lumabas ‘yung bata,” she said. — Joahna Lei Casilao/DVM/KG, GMA News
