Kalinga governor Tubban tests positive for COVID-19

Kalinga province governor Ferdinand Tubban has tested positive for COVID-19, according to an Unang Balita report on Wednesday.

Tubban, who has no travel history outside the provincial hall, is currently in isolation in a hospital.

Tubban is appealing to all those who had close contact with him to monitor themselves for COVID-19 symptoms.

Kalinga's provincial hall is in Tabuk, which is currently under enhanced community quarantine until February 15. --KBK, GMA News
