Cebu requires negative RT-PCR or antigen test result from travelers from Bohol, Negros

Travelers from Bohol and Negros Provinces going to Cebu from June 14 to July 24 are required to present negative RT-PCR or antigen tests, the Cebu provincial
government said.

The RT-PCR test must have been taken within 72 hours before the trip, while the rapid antigen test must have been done within 48 hours before traveling, according to a report on News TV Live on Sunday.

Cebu Governor Gwen Garcia said the requirement was made as added precuation after the number of COVID-19 cases rose in Bohol and Negros Oriental.

She added that Negros Occidental was also included since it shares a border with Negros Oriental. —KG, GMA News
