Suspect in Los Baños mayor Caesar Perez slay arrested

Policemen have arrested the prime suspect in the December 2020 killing of Los Baños, Laguna mayor Caesar Perez, according to Mark Makalalad's report on Super Radyo dzBB on Thursday.

Citing the Batangas Criminal Investigation and Detection Group, the report identified the suspect as Norvin Tamisin, a former Los Baños councilor and allegedly Perez's political rival.

Tamisin was arrested in Baguio City on Tuesday.

Perez, former vice governor of Laguna, was shot dead inside the municipal hall on the night of December 3, 2020. He was hit twice in the back of his head. —KBK, GMA News
