(Updated March 12, 2013) When Pope Benedict XVI steps down at the end of February, cardinals from around the world will begin arriving in Rome to elect the next leader of the Catholic Church.  The Vatican earlier said that the conclave to decide the successor of Pope Benedict XVI will start as early as March 15, but the Vatican spokesman announced on Saturday that the conclave may start earlier than expected to give the new pope time to prepare for the Holy Week services.  How will the College of Cardinals vote for the next pope?
