Everyone is in a hurry to leave for work and school.  Between the traffic, the long hours, and the stress of all the work piling up, lunch break seems so far away.  We need to arm ourselves with the best possible defense from morning stress and lack of energy – breakfast! Breakfast has been called the most important meal of the day, and with good reason.  Studies from the American Dietetic Association say that children who have breakfast regularly generally do better in class. For the adults, having breakfast gives you better concentration at work and prepares you for any sort of strenuous physical activities. “Good News,” a feel-good magazine program hosted by Vicky Morales that airs Sunday nights on GMA News TV, regularly features tasty recipes for busy moms.  Here are some breakfast recipes that you can prepare within 15 minutes--perfect for those on the go!
