US resto hires Fil-Am students who put up fake poster

The students who put up their own poster inside a fastfood restaurant have not only made an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show they were also hired by the US fastfood chain for a marketing campaign.

of the University of Houston were guests at the popular daytime show where they related how they implemented their plan to set up the poster on an "empty wall."

DeGeneres said the prank caught her attention as she admitted being a prankster herself.

The duo said they were inspired by the movie "Crazy Rich Asians" and that they put up their own version of "Crazy Middle Class Asians."

DeGeneres also told Maravilla and Toledo that they were hired by the fastfood chain in a marketing campaign and presented them with checks. — BAP, GMA News
